  The staff was very friendly. The store has great prices! We purchased a table and brought it home. After we put it together we noticed there were three places that it was either broken or flawed. We contacted Hello Furniture and sent pictures. The gentleman at Hello Furniture was very kind and helpful. The lady, in another state that had to make the decision to replace it, refused to replace it because she could not see the broken parts in the picture. After I sent a video, she agreed to replace the table. I guess the biggest drawback for me was that we had to return the broken table ourselves and pick up a second table, bring it home, and put together again.
